As part of Beasley Media Group’s on-going Community of Caring Initiative, WiLD 94.1 helped make a difference during the annual Great American Teach-In celebration. Station on-air personalities and staff members visited 15 different schools across the community during the month of November in an effort to share insight about their careers and encourage students to embrace learning.
WiLD Personalities, including Orlando, Babs, Stiffler, Cam That Dude, Davy, Merideth & Mark, along with members of the station staff, visited schools across the Tampa Bay area, including: Pinellas Central Elementary School, Lakewood High School, Woodlawn Elementary School, Osceola Fundamental High School, Westgate Elementary, Anderson Elementary School, Just Elementary, Woodson Leadership Academy, Memorial Middle School, Forest Hills Elementary, Bellamy Elementary, Burney Elementary and Giunta Middle School and .J.W. Mitchell High School.
