CHARLOTTE, N.C. (11/26/18): Beasley Media Group’s WPEG-FM/Power 98 & WBAV-FM/V 101.9 will join WJZY-TV/Fox 46 and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department (CMPD) to host the annual Explorer’s Project Toy Drive. The event will take place on Friday, November 30th from 6am-7pm at the Walmart in the Whitehall Commons Shopping Center (8180 S Tryon St, Charlotte, NC 28273).
WPEG-FM, WBAV-FM, and Fox 46 will broadcast live from 6am – 7pm to collect new, unwrapped toys between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. to provide a holiday of hope to children this holiday season.
“We are so excited about this opportunity to partner with CMPD and Fox 46 again this year,” said WPEG-FM & WBAV-FM Program Director Brian “Mr. Incognito” Robinson. “Last year was such a great success. We hope to serve even more families this year!”
