Beasley Media Group Presents the 19TH Annual WXTU-FM 92.5 Toy Truck Parade in Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA (11/29/18): Beasley Media Group’s WXTU-FM 92.5, Philadelphia’s Country Station, will present the 19th Annual Toy Truck Parade to benefit The United Service Organization (USO) and The Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

Participants are encouraged to get in the holiday spirit by decorating their cars, trucks, SUV’s and emergency vehicles and filling them with new and unwrapped toys.  The event will include participation from WXTU-FM 92.5 on-air personalities, including Andie from the Morning Show and Razz on the Radio.

Vehicles will line up in front of the Walmart Supercenter in Hatfield, PA. Judges will walk the lines of cars and trucks to review the best decorated in the following categories: Big Rig, Commercial, Personal, and Emergency. They will then parade down a four-mile route on Bethlehem Pike beginning at Walmart Supercenter and ending at the Montgomery Mall to deliver the toys.

A US Military Serviceman and his family will serve as the parade’s Grand Marshall. WXTU-FM 92.5 on-air personalities will present a special trophy to this year’s Grand Marshall and to the best-decorated trucks.

The fun will continue inside once the toys are delivered with a local school singing Christmas carols in front of the mountain of toys. In addition, there will be a photo booth for fun keepsake photos and members of the Armed Services and the Boys and Girls Clubs will be on hand to help build the mountain of toys.
