We are seeking a driven, strategic Senior Digital Sales Manager to lead and accelerate our digital revenue growth. If you are an expert in digital marketing, excel in high-performance environments, and have a proven record of turning digital strategy into business results, we want to meet you. You will lead a skilled team, deliver data-driven marketing solutions to clients, and work daily with industry-leading tools: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads Manager, OTT platforms and owned & operated exclusive products. This role demands a proactive, results-focused leader with the ability to shape strategy, drive execution, and develop strong, consultative client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in digital sales management with direct team oversight.
- Deep understanding of major digital advertising platforms, including search, social media, video, programmatic, and streaming media solutions.
- Strong grasp of performance metrics with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into impactful strategies.
- Proven success in building and executing full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
- Digital certifications are strongly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing digital sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Create strategic client solutions utilizing a full suite of platforms.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns across programmatic displays, social media, OTT/CTV, search, influencer marketing, streaming audio, and proprietary products.
- Drive new business development through proactive outreach, solution-based selling, and thought leadership.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure sales team members have a deep understanding of digital products, emerging trends, and client-centric solutions.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance against KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPC, and CPM to maximize results for clients.
- Maintain a forward-looking approach to innovation, audience segmentation strategies, and next generation targeting methods.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, and operations teams to ensure seamless client execution.
