We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Content Coordinator to help shape and grow our digital presence. Working closely with the Digital Program Director, you will execute content strategies that align with our goals—focusing on original, engaging content for web, social media, and newsletters that connect with our audience and reflect current trends.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing/editing skills and a background in digital storytelling
• Understanding of the Philly media market and social media trends
• Ability to work both independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work nights/weekends for events or breaking content
• A collaborative spirit and passion for music, media, and pop culture

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create unique and thoughtful digital content on current events and pop culture
• Develop social media posts that spark conversation and build community
• Collaborate with talent and promotions to turn moments into content
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all digital channels
• Track analytics to guide content decisions and optimize engagement
• Contribute editorial insights to newsletters and online features
