Description:  Beasley Media Group Tampa is currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual who can multi-task well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and computer skills to support our Sales Managers and Account Executives in all phases of the digital advertising sales process.  The right candidate is a team player who can take initiative with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are expected to bring a positive attitude to the workplace and be cheerful, cooperative and productive as they perform a variety of duties.  This is a Full-Time position. 
 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist sales team in developing and implementing effective digital advertising strategies tailored to client goals and objectives. 
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients to improve client ROI and revenue retention across various. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and sales, to ensure cohesive delivery of client strategies. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and sales team, providing regular updates, reports, and recommendations for ongoing improvement. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in digital marketing. 
  • Conduct industry research and trends to support campaign recommendations. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field a plus. 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related role. 
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, GA4, Facebook Ads, etc.) and analytics tools. 
  • Proven track record of driving successful ad campaigns and achieving measurable results. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
