TITLE: Digital and National Campaign Manager

Job Description

Beasley Media Group’s Tampa market is seeking a Digital and National Campaign Manager to provide sales administration and support for the Digital and National Sales Department. This person will assist in campaign management in every aspect of the sales process and client service. Additionally, this position will work with the local management team on other administrative duties as assigned.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Interfaces with national agency clients through national reps and national sales coordinators.
  • Interfaces with all internal departments including programming, promotions, digital, business, traffic and continuity on a daily basis to execute client campaigns.
  • General administrative duties – including working with all MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Manage national promotions and campaigns – coordinate with agency/national reps and internal teams to schedule, secure assets needed to execute and follow up with promotional recaps for each promotion.
  • Enter orders into the billing system and help push through to activate.
  • Provide support and back up for local management and sales team, as assigned.

Work Experience

  • Media or radio experience a plus
  • Knowledge of digital advertising operations a plus
