Seeking an experienced Controller for accounting/financial functions for our Philadelphia, PA market.
• Prepare monthly financial statements reporting to Corporate Headquarters
• Accounts receivable and payables
• Payroll and Human Resources
• Cash Management
• Budget preparation
• Manage financial controls in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance Preferred
• Minimum of five years accounting experience in broadcasting

Sales Assistant

Beasley Media Group Philadelphia is seeking a Sales Assistant with impeccable organizational skills, and a critical eye for detail. Join a stellar team and work with all departments of the organization in the Philadelphia office. As you dive into the media space, the ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and balancing the needs of a very robust office.

Major Responsibilities

· Support account managers and sales managers with reporting, invoicing, spot times, and proposals

· Coordinate Video Projects for client campaigns

· Organize special projects/initiatives

· Assist with weekly deals program

· Create sales support materials and keep internal documents up-to-date and organized

· Reconcile invoices


· Minimum 1-2 years of full time work experience (digital advertising experience preferred)

· Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

· Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager preferred

Description: Beasley Media Group is searching for sales professionals to develop and sell advertising and marketing campaigns to new and existing clients for their local radio stations. Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts and budgets, as well as identifying client advertising needs. · Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close new business.

· Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business to meet/exceed revenue targets

· Work with internal digital execution team to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed your client’s objectives

· Maintain client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns


  • 1-2+ years in digital ad sales or digital agency experience with a record of accomplishment in developing new business from local and regional accounts is preferred.
  • Experience in selling, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), Websites, Programmatic Display/Video, social media, Email Marketing, etc. is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and top-notch computer skills
  • Consistent above target performer.
  • Team players focused on individual and team growth
  • New business hunter, focused on exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPI’s.
