Overview of role:

Beasley Media Group is expanding our Digital Sales Team! We are looking for senior-level Digital Account Executives to join our quickly growing dedicated digital team. The role is responsible for driving new digital revenue from local and regional advertisers by developing marketing solutions from our diverse digital offering. Products include a wide range of digital media products as well as our owned sites and apps.We are seeking individuals that are passionate, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of over-achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing new business by prospecting and utilizing our lead generation platforms
  • Delivering persuasive and effective sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Manage and develop a strong pipeline of business in order to meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Work with internal digital execution teams to layout client’s needs and develop custom marketing programs that meet/exceed client’s objectives
  • Maintaining client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and renew campaigns

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in digital ad sales or digital agency experience with a strong track record of success in developing new business from local and regional accounts
  • Strong relationships with local advertisers
  • Experience in selling SEM, Programmatic Display/Video, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistent above budget performer.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a consultative / solutions selling experience.
  • Team player focused on individual but also team growth
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales KPI’s.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, Lead Generation tools
  • IAB Certification or related certifications preferred

The ideal candidate will have at least two to five years of media sales experience, including digital media, and a track record of successful business development. Responsibilities include growing and maintaining existing assigned accounts and budgets, acquiring new business accounts through cold calling and prospecting, as well as identifying client’s advertising and marketing objectives. The successful candidate must be able to work in a high energy and fast paced goal based environment, prepare and present customized solutions to meet client needs and cultivate and maintain relationships with by providing outstanding personalized service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on air, digital and event based advertising and marketing solutions for clients that achieve their objectives, increase business and foster strong working relationships, including prospecting, use of research tools, data analysis, and consultative sales strategies.
  • Develop effective relationships with key decision-makers in order to procure budgets and campaign approvals
  • Meet monthly revenue goals

Beasley Media Group is urgently hiring for an immediate part time opening for a Part Time Promotions Manager at WDHA-FM and WMTR-AM in NJ. This entry-level job is ideal for someone who is passionate about radio and marketing and are looking to get their start at one of the nation’s leading broadcast companies. This position requires frequent participation at the stations’ events. You’ll be a team player at New Jersey’s largest rock station and favorite classic oldies station. You will be a website manager getting the latest information up on our websites. You’ll be a relationship builder with clients and listeners. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining and driving the station’s fleet of vehicles as well as maintaining the station’s event audio equipment.

Qualifications:

· Previous radio experience a plus;

· Must be available to work weekdays, some nights, and some weekends;

· Proficiency with computers/MS Office;

· Detail-oriented, well organized, and a team player;

· Must be creative, but also understand the “business” of radio;

· Must have an upbeat personality with the drive to go above and beyond;
