You will also be part of the marketing team that assists our other great music stations: 105.7 WROR, ROCK 92.9, and HOT 96.9. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, and creative individual with a strong interest in marketing, graphic design, promotions and events to join our team.
Job Summary: This individual will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Promotions for Country 102.5 and 98.5 The Sports Hub. Responsibilities vary per station including, but not limited to, the following:
Assist with the station Street Team scheduling and their activities
Responsible for Street Team recruiting
Assist with coordination and execution of on-site logistics at station events
Organize and maintain all promotional giveaways
Assist with maintaining the station website – creating daily unique content, writing local stories, building contests, and updating calendars
Creating station promotional graphics
Creating daily engaging social media content for all platforms
Manage prize fulfillment and winner database
Work directly with the sales department on creating and executing sales marketing campaigns
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of promotional experience (media experience preferable), excel in customer service, and be a proven team player. Must be a social media superstar with in-depth knowledge of all social platforms. Flexibility and availability for nights and weekends are a must.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Creative Adobe Suite (i.e., Photoshop, Audition) is necessary. In addition, candidates must be efficient in WordPress or other web CMS platforms, as well as social scheduling platforms. Excellent communication skills, writing skills, problem-solving skills, and creativity are integral to this position.

Successful candidates must be intimately familiar with BMG’s radio markets and local lifestyle, culture and interests of the regions, must possess both passion and knowledge for locally focused content.
Specific duties may include (but are not limited to) providing daily pitches; gathering information on project specific areas; checking for conceptual or grammatical errors in drafts; auditing and advising local content creators; supporting custom content features and revenue generating opportunities; content marketing; adhering to deadlines; working on special projects if suitable; demonstrating excellent writing skills; and incorporating various media, including social media, video, audio, audience engagement, gallery and graphic elements to create articles.

Our growing digital creative services department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated digital creator to join our team as a Videographer-Editor. You will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, designing materials for our advertisers and for all five of our local radio stations – HOT 96.9, 98.5 The Sports Hub, Rock 92.9, Country 102.5, and 105.7 WROR.
Can you capture a brand story with video in 30 seconds? 15 seconds? How about just 6 seconds? We’re looking for a videographer who gets how video is different today from only two years ago, understands the nuances of how to produce for different social platforms, and knows how to build an effective video story both with and without audio.
Video projects will include shooting, editing, and post-production of various short-form projects, including commercial assets, artist interviews, performances, event recaps, and social videos.
Responsibilities include:
· Pre-production – meeting with clients, discussing goals, storyboarding ideas
· Production – setting up lighting, sets, and shooting video
· Post-production – video editing, graphics, and audio correction
Technical Skills and Qualifications
· 1-2 years of video production experience working within broadcast or digital media or as an in-house producer working for agencies or brands. We will consider candidates working toward degrees who possess strong media portfolios showing examples of their video production and editing work.
· Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Spark, and InDesign
· Proficiency with DSLR and Studio Cameras, Lighting, and Green Screen
· Experience producing video specifically for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
· Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies really irritate you
· Working with diverse audiences while collaborating with internal and external partners
· Valid driver’s license and good driving record
