Beasley Media Group Tampa (Cluster) is looking for energetic Street Team members to execute and manage station appearances at sales and station remotes and events.  Someone who can engage with station listeners while promoting the station and client brands, executing contests on-site, managing/distributing station prizes, client product sampling, etc.


  • Driving station promotional vehicles and transporting equipment – must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Florida Driver’s license
  • Must be able to work up to 29 hours a week and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Setting up, running, breaking down sound systems, staging and audio/photography/video equipment
  • Some heavy lifting could be involved (up to 50 lbs)
  • Assist with administrative functions of radio station promotions, including but not limited to: returning listeners phone calls, mailing out prizes, organizing on air giveaways, writing copy for promotions, updating station websites, digital/social media platforms and assisting the Marketing Director, Promotions Manager and Coordinators

Event Staff (Part-Time)


Title: Event Staff (Part-Time)

Location: Detroit Market/ All Stations

Description: Beasley Media Group Detroit is seeking part time Event Staff who is interested in learning more about event marketing, promotions and broadcasting. As part of the Event Staff, you will work to gain exposure for the radio stations at station-produced and/or sponsored events, area concerts, sporting and cultural events and other on-site opportunities relevant to the station’s marketing and sales effort. Candidates must be detail oriented, creative and outgoing. They must have strong communications and organizational skills and must be able to represent the station(s) in a positive manner at events. Candidates should have strong people skills, web/internet knowledge, and must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines. All candidates should possess a desire to learn more about promotional/marketing strategies for radio. In order to be considered for the position, candidates must have a valid driver’s license and must be capable of loading the station vehicle in preparation for events. 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Set up, execution, and breakdown of station appearances
  • Representation of the station in a positive manner
  • Maintenance of station vehicle and prize inventory
  • Interaction with clients at sales appearances
  • Upholding appropriate station image at all events
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Communication with Promotion Coordinator before and after events
  • Assistance in training interns
  • Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to travel throughout market area.

Location:  Boston, MA

Description:  Beasley Media Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Promotions Director to work with our great music stations: 105.7 WROR, ROCK 92.9, Country 102.5 and HOT 96.9. We are looking for an outgoing, hardworking, and creative individual with a strong interest in marketing, events, promotions, social media, and digital content to join our team. Experience with graphic design is helpful.

Job summary:

  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create, organize, and maintain on-air and online promotional campaigns
  • Preparation and execution of all promotional events
  • Update station website content – create stories, manage contests, and maintain event calendars
  • Creating daily engaging social media content for all platforms
  • Assemble email newsletters using relevant music and news content
  • Oversee station street team members, calendar, and event logistics
  • Manage prize inventory and fulfillment, along with winner database
  • Work directly with the sales department on creating and executing sales marketing campaigns

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of promotional experience (media experience preferable) and be a proven team player with experience in customer service. Must be a social-media superstar with in-depth knowledge of all social platforms.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point) is necessary. A flexible schedule is required, including some nights and weekends. Excellent communications skills, writing skills, problem solving skills and creativity are integral to this position.
