  • Post campaign, review and analyze custom performance reports that measure goal achievement with the goal of renewal and upsell
  • College degree preferred

Beasley Media Group’s Digital Direct team is looking for a full-time Sales Specialist to join our Web Services team. As a Web Services Sales Specialist, you’ll help small and medium-sized businesses with their overall web presence. In this role, you will work closely with the Web Services team, Beasley Media sales staffs, and our advertisers. Responsibilities: 

  • Self-identify and self-prospect 50+ businesses daily 
  • Cold call businesses to set online webinar (and in person) demonstrations using a pre-defined talk track to guide the conversation 
  • Delivering persuasive and effective webinar (and in person) sales presentations with the ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Receive warm transfers of pre-qualified prospects from Beasley markets, assess client needs, and recommend solutions/close deals 
  • Manage an active sales pipeline of inbound leads and self-identified leads 
  • Handoff each client to their dedicated Account Manager 
  • Hit and exceed individual and team goals set by your sales manager

Qualifications:

Digital Ad Operations Project Manager

Beasley Media Group Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Digital Ad Operations Project Manager with impeccable organizational skills, and a critical eye for campaign details.

The Digital Ad Operations Project Manager will be experienced at setting up and delivering programmatic marketing results for clients and will be part of a team that represents the fastest growing division of the company. While much of the role is rooted in ad operations, making sure digital campaigns run correctly, efficiently, and successfully, the ideal candidate will also have stellar presentation skills to help educate clients on our suite of digital solutions.

Major Responsibilities

  • Ad Operations – independently setting up and strategizing programmatic targeted display, OTT/CTV, SEO/SEM, and Social campaigns; creating UTM codes, evaluating creative, optimizing to goals, and frequent campaign reporting
  • Work closely with sales account managers to execute flawless campaigns

Qualifications

  • MUST HAVE MINIMUM 2-4 years full-time experience setting up and managing programmatic  campaigns

Beasley Media Group Boston has a unique entry-level opportunity.

Our growing digital creative services department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated digital creator to join our team as a Videographer-Editor. You will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, designing materials for our advertisers and for all five of our local radio stations – HOT 96.9, 98.5 The Sports Hub, Rock 92.9, Country 102.5, and 105.7 WROR.

Can you capture a brand story with video in 30 seconds? 15 seconds? How about just 6 seconds? We’re looking for a videographer who gets how video is different today from only two years ago, understands the nuances of how to produce for different social platforms, and knows how to build an effective video story both with and without audio.

Video projects will include shooting, editing, and post-production of various short-form projects, including commercial assets, artist interviews, performances, event recaps, and social videos.

Responsibilities include:

· Pre-production – meeting with clients, discussing goals, storyboarding ideas

· Production – setting up lighting, sets, and shooting video

· Post-production – video editing, graphics, and audio correction

Technical Skills and Qualifications

· 1-2 years of video production experience working within broadcast or digital media or as an in-house producer working for agencies or brands. We will consider candidates working toward degrees who possess strong media portfolios showing examples of their video production and editing work.

· Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Spark, and InDesign

· Proficiency with DSLR and Studio Cameras, Lighting, and Green Screen

· Experience producing video specifically for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

· Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies really irritate you

· Working with diverse audiences while collaborating with internal and external partners

· Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Ideal candidates will have schedule flexibility given the nature of our business.

Some nights and weekends will be required.

Please note that later this year, our studios will be moving to 1075 Main Street, Waltham, MA 02451, and this position will be based at that location.
