We’ve built a collaborative, open, creative environment over the past decade, and are seeking a Senior Project Manager with proven experience in digital marketing, branding, positioning, product management, and strategic planning. Candidates should have 5+ years of industry experience and should be super organized with killer communications skills.

In this role you will be reporting to the Director of Project Management. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the successful oversight of multiple projects at varying levels of completion. The position will drive collaboration, workflow, deliverables, and successful execution of projects in coordination with core team members and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control projects efficiently and effectively using Agile and Scrum.
  • Collaborate with team members to create and execute project work plans, revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements to ensure key milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Set realistic and practical goals and develop appropriate strategies for achieving these goals.
  • Identify internal and external resources whether financial or human resources required completing the project successfully.
  • Develop strategic documentation for new projects, including the Creative Brief, Statement of Work, and Content Outlines by conducting marketing analysis, competitive research, and project planning.
  • Prepare timelines, estimates, status reports and other account services documentation.
  • Develop and execute an efficient internal communication strategy for ensuring communication with all levels of management within the team.
  • Evaluate the progress of projects on a regular basis.
  • Coach, guide and evaluate team of Jr. Project Managers.
  • Create and implement best practices for performing all the tasks.
  • Managing multiple project schedules and budgets.

Digital Client Success Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Overview of role: The Digital Client Success Coordinator is responsible for supporting both pre and post-sales efforts in the digital advertising sales cycle. This role includes supporting designated Account Executives with internal requests, facilitating client communications once a deal has closed, and transitioning closed deals through the post-sale process internally to hand off to Ad Ops team. In this position, the Digital Client Success Coordinator will be responsible for revenue-related decisions that can and will directly impact all campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Be the face of our digital department with account executives and clients. Most importantly, as a Client Success Coordinator, you will set the tone for this department at the forefront of the company
• Collaborate with other departments to creatively solve complex compliance and operational problems, and guide the customer through the solution process with empathy and commitment
• Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
• Work closely with assigned Account Executives to facilitate both pre and post-sale needs for digital opportunities
• Monitor campaign performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
• Strong client management, project management, operations management and people management skills
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Coordinators & Digital Ad Ops Coordinators on proposal requests, leads, and post-sale order details
• Enter all orders into internal orders system
• When a deal closes, serve as the main point of contact with the client to gather all required details and seamlessly transition to digital execution team
• Raise critical customer concerns internally and mobilize resources to resolve issues

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in account management/sales support
• Sales-focused and must have direct involvement in the digital media space, including programmatic display, email marketing, & social media
• Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable serving as the primary point of contact with clients in a post-sale function
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• IAB Certification or related certifications preferred

Digital Ad Operations Coordinator

Location: Charlotte, NC

Overview of role: The Digital Ad Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns, tracking performance daily and developing weekly, monthly, and final client reports. This position will be the lead post-campaign execution point person and will develop and manage digital campaigns, making sure we are meeting our clients’ marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Take over digital campaigns when deals close, working with internal teams to gather assets & information needed for campaign launch
• Set up programmatic display & video campaigns in 3rd party platforms
• Set up Owned & Operated campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Triton, and Quu
• Work with vendors to set up and maintain SEM campaigns
• Analyze campaign metrics on a daily basis and implement optimizations to ensure optimal performance
• Provide recommendations on how to improve campaigns and serve as a trusted advisor to the sales team to ensure they are confident in the strategy being executed
• Provide weekly and/or monthly recaps, outlining meaningful insights about the campaign metrics and how we met or exceeded the client’s goals
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings with internal markets to discuss upcoming opportunities and review existing campaigns
Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Google Ad Manager, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Simpli.fi, tapClicks, and Google Ads experience preferred

Digital Ad Operations Specialist

Location:      Charlotte, NC

Overview of role: The Digital Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting with the implementation and optimization of digital campaigns, from initial set-up, to change requests, to reporting. This position will provide support to our Agency Services team to help ensure we are meeting our clients’ advertising objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal team members to gather assets and information needed for campaign launch
  • Submit tickets to team members for task fulfillment using Beasley’s project management system
  • Assist with the set-up of Owned & Operated campaigns in Google Ad Manager, Triton, and Quu
  • Facilitate change requests to Audience Extension campaigns, including creative changes, finding and drawing geo-fences, and audience curation
  • Manage tapClicks client inputs to activate and terminate accounts as needed
  • Assist with the creation of client dashboards in tapClicks

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of work experience in a digital agency preferred

DIGITAL SALES SPECIALIST

The Digital Sales Specialist (DSS) will possess a deep knowledge of digital, from tools that work best to achieve specific goals, to the elements needed for a successful campaign. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking individually with sellers, or presenting to a room filled with clients. The DSS will be well-versed in display advertising, email marketing, social and content marketing, and will be analytical, organized, solution-minded, and customer centric. 

The DSS will work cooperatively with salespeople to strategize and execute flawless digital campaigns, sharing the following responsibilities: 

• Prospect clients for digital marketing campaigns

• Perform customer needs analysis (CNA) in the field to uncover client’s goals and strategic objectives

• Create custom strategies and tactics to achieve client’s goals and format into custom client facing proposals

• Present proposal to client

• Close sales and execute digital solutions for clients

• Recommend specific digital services to support the client’s strategic goals

• Work closely with the digital POD for pre and post sales

• Communicate specific product benefits and processes to clients, to ensure quality and timely execution ofpurchased products

• Work with clients and digital team to deliver a superior return on investment for the digital campaign

• Once campaign is underway, work with clients and POD to review results and work with POD to optimize thecampaign against key performance indicators

• Evaluate client’s Google Analytics to help analyze campaign effectiveness

• Serve as project manager between client and team for ad creation

• At the end of the campaign, review custom performance reports that effectively analyze how the customer goals were met or exceeded with the goal of increasing retention and upsell

• Troubleshoot invoicing/reconciliation with reporting and co-op
