Beasley Media Group Philadelphia has a rare, fun, and immediate opportunity for a full-time videographer. This creative and talented individual will create compelling videos for our radio stations and clients, which tell our stories in an entertaining and impactful way.   Candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years full time video shooting and production experience, with the ability to use a variety of techniques to keep videos sharp, creative, and interesting. This position will be based in the Bala Cynwyd office and will include travel to event and client locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering marketing results for clients and being part of a team that represents the fastest growing division of the company.  This a full-time position with benefits.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Video production – shooting and editing videos to specific requirements
  • Storyboarding

Qualifications:

  • Required minimum 3-5 years professional shooting/editing experience
  • Experience storyboarding videos for clients

VIDEOGRAPHER – EDITOR

Beasley Media Group Boston has a unique opportunity.  Our growing digital creative services department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated digital creator to join our team as a Videographer-Editor.  You will be working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment, designing materials for our advertisers and for all five of our local radio stations –

HOT 96.9, 98.5 The Sports Hub, Rock 92.9, Country 102.5, and 105.7 WROR.  This is an entry-level position.

Can you capture a brand story with video in 90 seconds?  15 seconds?  How about just 6 seconds?  We’re looking for a videographer who gets how video is different today from only two years ago, understands the nuances of how to produce for different social platforms, and knows how to build an effective video story both with and without audio.

Video projects will include shooting, editing, and post-production of various short-form projects, including commercial assets, artist interviews, performances, event recaps, and social videos. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Pre-production – meeting with clients, discussing goals, storyboarding ideas
  • Production – setting up lighting, sets, and shooting video
  • Post production – video editing, graphics, and audio correction

Technical Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of video production experience working within broadcast or digital media or as an in-house producer working for agencies or brands.  We will consider candidates working toward degrees who possess strong media portfolios showing examples of their video production and editing work.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, After Effects, Spark, and InDesign
  • Proficiency with DSLR and Studio Cameras, Lighting, and Green Screen
  • Experience producing video specifically for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Live audio mixing experience is helpful
  • Incredibly high attention to detail – errors, typos, and inconsistencies really irritate you
  • Working with diverse audiences while collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Ideal candidates will have schedule flexibility given the nature of our business.  Some nights and weekends will be required.

This operational role will find you working for and closely with BMG corporate Digital Content & Marketing leadership to convert insights into scopes, project estimates, timelines, track and shepherd projects efficiently and promptly.

You will be instrumental in the successful oversight of multiple projects in varying levels of completion.  Approaching projects with a collaborative spirit, you’ll work with team members from multiple radio brands, departments as well as key partners and vendors.  You’ll also have hands-on experience with creative development, digital content creation, presentation slide execution and production with a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and real passion for all aspects of creative project management.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be presented to Digital Content & Marketing leadership
  • Coordinate internal resources across multiple departments for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Continually evaluate, identify and initiate improvements and enhancements to streamline the project
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

Essential Requirements

  • 1-2 years of project management experience at a media/publishing organization or ad agency.
  • Experience building and optimizing marketing projects that include, but not limited to, radio, stream, podcasting, online contesting, social media and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and planning skills
  • Incredible time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize projects with deadlines
  • Ability to work in high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 including Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, One Drive, Teams and more

The Multi-Media Designer position will work closely with Marketing, Programming, Digital and Sales Teams to deliver captivating designs that meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will collaborate, design and execute projects, including the creation of sales proposals, brand development, logo design, print/web event-marketing materials, social media campaigns, and web ads/graphics. The ability to use Adobe film editing software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand development for Beasley Media Group Tampa radio stations and events
  • Logo design, advertising, printed collateral, vehicle graphics and custom digital ad designs/web graphics.
  • Creation and production of customized sales packages
  • Responsible for the creation of BMG and Client digital ads and products
  • Participate in the filming and editing of event footage as well as sales driven video projects
  • Creative brainstorming with team on upcoming events and campaign marketing

 

Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of the creative process, concept development, color theory and typography
  • Ability to create cohesive visual campaign that translates across multiple platforms (print, websites, apps, social media)
  • High proficiency with all Adobe CC programs
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
  • Must be able to translate designs to working and editable PowerPoint files for sales use
