Beasley Media Group Chief Executive Officer Caroline Beasley recently spent time with participants in the NAB Leadership Foundation’s (NABLF) Broadcast Leadership Training (BLT) Program during a special fireside chat, “Leadership Insights from the Corner Office,” held at NAB Headquarters in Washington, D.C.
Moderated by BLT Co-Dean Trila Bumstead, the conversation provided an engaging and candid look at leadership, navigating change, fostering strong company culture, and the future of the broadcasting industry. Drawing from her own experiences leading Beasley Media Group, Caroline, who also serves on the NABLF Board of Directors, shared personal lessons learned throughout her career, discussed the importance of investing in people, and offered advice on leading through periods of growth and transformation.
The interactive session encouraged participants to ask questions and engage in meaningful dialogue, creating a valuable opportunity for the next generation of broadcast leaders to learn from one of the industry’s most respected executives.
The Broadcast Leadership Training Program is widely recognized as broadcasting’s premier executive leadership development program, preparing senior-level managers for future leadership roles across the industry.
We are pleased to celebrate this year’s class of outstanding future leaders!
