Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a successful track record of consistently training and motivating a sales team. This candidate must be a proven leader in sales. This is someone who has consistently continued to broaden their sales scope with new products and new knowledge as the industry continues to change and develop. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional coaching and communication skills who is equally comfortable and proficient with traditional and digital media. Our ideal candidate would take a team of sellers to the next level with a focused, strategic, coaching approach to increase overall cluster revenue.
Responsibilities include: Training and developing both new and experienced account executives. Building and deepening relationships with new and existing clients and creating compelling integrated multi-media programs. We are looking for a leader who spends more time in the field with clients than behind the desk and improves and elevates all with whom he/she works.
- Five years of Sales Management experience;
- Experience /working knowledge of all advertising mediums;
- Proven record of leading sales team to meet and exceed all revenue goals;
- Strong communications skills with sales staff, clients, and support staff.
