NAPLES, FL — August 17th, 2026 — Beasley Media Group is proud to celebrate three outstanding programming leaders who have earned national recognition for their dedication, innovation and commitment to local radio.
Rick Radzik, Program Director of WBZ in Boston; Chuck Damico, Program Director of WMMR, WXTU and WMGK in Philadelphia; and Jade Springart, Director of Rock Programming for WRIF and WCSX in Detroit, have been named to Radio Ink’s 2026 list of “Radio’s Most Successful Program Directors.”
The honor recognizes the leadership these talented professionals bring to their stations, teams and communities every day.
RICK RADZIK
Beasley Media Group Program Director Boston, MA WBZ
In Boston, Radzik continues to demonstrate the power of live, local radio. Whether WBZ is reacting instantly to breaking sports news or bringing listeners, staff and sponsors together to support Special Olympics Massachusetts, he understands that people and community remain at the heart of the medium.
“We could not have done all that without humans,” Radzik said while reflecting on WBZ’s ability to quickly mobilize its team for hours of live coverage following a major Celtics trade.
CHUCK DAMICO
Beasley Media Group Program Director Philadelphia, PA WMMR/WXTU/WMGK
In Philadelphia, Damico leads three iconic brands while embracing the expanding opportunities available across audio, video, social media and other platforms.
“The mission every day is to make a sincere emotional connection with the listener,” Damico said. He also credited his teams for continuing to produce top-tier programming and effective marketing campaigns despite a rapidly evolving media landscape.
JADE SPRINGART
Beasley Media Group Director of Rock Programming Detroit, MI WRIF/WCSX
Springart brings that same commitment to Detroit, where WRIF and WCSX remain deeply connected to their audiences through local personalities, music, sports and community-focused content. While she sees opportunities to use emerging technology as a creative tool, Springart believes authentic human connections remain essential.
“I firmly believe our stations thrive…on our personalities and our listeners relating to a real person talking to them,” she said.
At the heart of Rick, Chuck and Jade’s work is a genuine belief in what makes local radio so special: the power of human connection. They all bring that belief to their own station’s, creating meaningful relationships with listeners, supporting their teams and making a difference in their communities. We are grateful for their work that truly represents the very best of Beasley Media Group and demonstrates the enduring impact of great local radio.
Congratulations to Rick, Chuck and Jade on this well-deserved recognition!
