DETROIT, MI (May 3, 2019): Beasley Media Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI) announces 94.7 WCSX-FM Big Jim’s House will bring its “Battle of the Burbs” on air feature to the live stage on Thursday, May 23rd at The Emerald Theatre in Mt. Clemens, Michigan.
Big Jim’s House challenges listeners from the Eastside, Westside and Downriver to compete on air with various trivia questions for chances to win prizes weekdays on the station.
Now, teams from the various suburbs will have the opportunity to come together and compete in a big production game show setting on stage at The Emerald Theatre to see which suburb can take home the winning cash prize of $1,000!
“Who doesn’t love trivia,” said Big Jim, host of Big Jim’s House. “Battle of the Burbs is our favorite trivia game with CSX listeners. To do it live is more than a game. The best listeners in Detroit deserve the biggest game show trivia night!”
Listeners are encouraged to put together a team of four people and show how their suburb is better during a live trivia competition.
The cost is $40 per team includes entry into the competition, a limited edition Battle of the Burbs Live t-shirt with your suburb name on it, a free drink ticket and a ticket to see Eddie Money perform at DTE on May 25th.
