Beasley Media Group, LLC – is seeking a dynamic self-starter, who is motivated and passionate about Graphic Design, Illustration, Web Design, Video and Original Content. 

The Multi-Media Designer position will work closely with the Corporate Creative, Marketing, Programming, Digital and Sales Teams to deliver captivating designs that meet business needs. 

The ideal candidate will collaborate, design and execute projects, including the creation of sales proposals, brand development, logo/brand design, print/web event-marketing materials, social media campaigns, web ads/graphics, and design/create/update our owned and operated websites using WordPress. 


  • Brand development for Beasley Media Group radio stations and events 
  • Logo design, advertising, printed collateral, and custom digital ad designs/web graphics 
  • Creation and production of customized sales packages 
  • Create/design/modify BMG owned and operated websites 
  • Responsible for the creation of BMG digital ads and products 
  • Responsible for the overall appearance of BMG station websites and social media accounts 
  • Participate in the filming and editing of event footage as well as sales driven video projects 
  • Creative brainstorming with team on upcoming events and campaign marketing 


  • In-depth understanding of the creative process, concept development, color theory and typography 
  • Ability to create cohesive visual campaign that translates across multiple platforms (print, websites, apps, social media) 
  • High proficiency with all Adobe CC programs 
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Outlook 
  • Must be able to translate designs to working and editable PowerPoint files for sales use 
  • Working knowledge and experience with WordPress 
  • Experience with videography and editing a plus 
  • A self-starter, with the ability to work under minimum supervision 
  • Experience working and taking direction from multiple departments 
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • HTML 5 and knowledge of motion graphics is a plus
  • Must provide digital portfolio (will not be considered for the position without) 
  • Must have BA/BS/BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field

Description: Beasley Media Group Detroit is looking for an experienced Digital Program Director to lead our cluster’s Digital Department. The ideal candidate will lead and coach our team to develop, produce and deliver engaging content for programming and sales, as well as assist with management of our websites and social media. 



• Manage and implement strategies to increase website traffic to meet corporate goals through talent and brand focused original content development: creative editorial photo galleries, engagement tools, user generated content, social media referral traffic, email referral traffic, content partnerships, search engine optimization, and third party provided content. 

• Approach content with a journalistic sensibility; capable of creating and packaging news and information in highly credible, professional and clever ways—and able to lead/coach on-air talent to extend our brands into compelling, multi-media content machines. This involves the use of 3rd. Party Research to drive content development. 

• Ability to leverage data and website metrics to advance our digital goals. 

• Regularly meets with the Corporate Digital Marketing team on best practices, strategies, content ideas, and content marketing to help achieve company digital goals.

• Collaborates with sales teams on advertisement-based content strategies and execution and to ensure best programming opportunities/franchises are monetized. 

• Oversees digital equipment working with IT and Engineering to determine local equipment needs and services. 


• Creative and highly motivated to deliver content excellence within any given/assigned parameters and topics—while capturing the vibe and humor of our brands and formats. 

• An inquisitive nature and dialed into pop culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or mass communications preferred with excellent grammar and writing skills, along with visual sensibility.

Your primary responsibility will be to create informative and engaging articles that provide high value to our target audience and consistently achieve high SERP rankings. You must have solid knowledge of core SEO principles and the ability to seamlessly incorporate keywords and keyword variations into your articles. 

You will be expected to conduct in-depth research on a variety of different topics to ensure your articles are 100% factually correct and aligned with our readers’ search intent. As an SEO Content Writer at Guarantee Digital, you will work as a member of our Web and SEO team, and will be expected to collaborate with our SEO team to implement their feedback and suggestions in your content.

Apart from applying SEO best practices to your content, you’ll be required to follow our internal linking guidelines and think about internal linking opportunities in your content.
