WMGQ-FM asked its listeners to vote for the holiday classic they felt should kick off the festivities. The winning song played was Mariah Carey\’s All I Want for Christmas Is You! Holiday Favorites will continue to be heard on MAGIC 98.3 through Christmas Day.

In addition, Magic 98.3 will present the 3rd Annual \”Magic of Christmas Toy Drive” in conjunction with Magyar Bank to make the holidays a little brighter for the kids at Children’s Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital. Beginning Monday, November 26th through Monday, December 17th, the station will collect new, unwrapped toys to bring some smiles and make a difference in a child’s life this holiday season.

Finally, to wrap up the holiday season, the station will give listeners the change to compete in the first-ever \”Ugly Christmas Sweater\” contest.
