Beasley Media Group announces KISS 95.1 WNKS, Power 98 WPEG, Country 1037 WSOC, V 101.9 WBAV and K104.7 WKQC hosted an event to collect supplies for those affected by Hurricane Helene in the Carolinas.
The supply drive took place on Tuesday, October 8th, beginning at 6am from the Beasley Media Group Studios located at 1520 South Blvd in Charlotte in North Carolina. All talent from the Beasley Charlotte stations participated and broadcasted to fill four truckloads of water, clothing, non-perishable items, pet food and more. LaMelo Ball of the Charlotte Hornets generously donated to the event as well. The items were then sent to Western Carolina to be distributed to those affected by last week’s hurricane.
