Beasley Media Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Bill Sontag as Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately.
Sontag brings extensive experience and a proven track record in human resources leadership to his new role. Many within the organization are already familiar with his work, having served as a consultant to the company over the past several months. During that time, he played a key role in guiding Beasley’s successful transition from TriNet to
Engage PEO, helping to strengthen HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
Prior to joining Beasley, Sontag served as a Senior Human Resources Executive at Procter & Gamble, where he built a distinguished career spanning more than three decades.
His background includes deep expertise in employee engagement, benefits strategy, and strategic HR operations.
In his new role, Sontag will oversee all Human Resources and Benefits functions across Beasley Media Group. His responsibilities include employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and the development of programs designed to support the well-being and professional growth of employees across the organization. He will also oversee the company’s business insurance programs.
