As Manager of Performance Marketing at Beasley Digital, a division of Beasley Media Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our in-house digital agency in the role of Manager of Performance Marketing, specializing in Search and Social. You will be working collaboratively with digital leadership to drive effective performance marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies for search and social channels.
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, and social media platforms.
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to maximize ROI in paid search and social campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics related to performance marketing initiatives.
- Budget management, ensuring campaigns stay on target and reconciling any discrepancies.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets for search and social campaigns.
- Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and optimization for improved performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing and social media advertising.
- Utilize bid management tools and other relevant technologies for efficient campaign management.
- Proven experience and success in managing PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, and social media platforms.
- Proven experience creating and managing Google Performance Max campaigns.
- Expertise in developing and maintaining high-performing campaigns with a focus on ROI.
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and online customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing and social media advertising.
- Proficient in using bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills and experience generating reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- BS/MS degree in Marketing or a related field.
