Overview of role:  

Beasley Media Group, d/b/a Guarantee Digital is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Website QA Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for testing our Agency websites in every development phase, ensuring best practices are met and website design and functionality meets designated requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all requirements are testable and covered in test cases
• Ensure all issues are communicated and test risks are managed
• Execute test plans, document defects, and report results to management
• Engage in requirements analysis to quickly understand customer needs and design robust scalable test plans working closely with Web Producer, developers and other cross-functional members of the team
• Assist in UAT testing phase
• Log and track defects through to resolution
• Support the team in executing and coordinating website testing across multiple devices to ensure responsiveness
• Understand and maintain documentation for QA best practices
• Communicating expectations
• Continual monitoring and spot-checking production sites for bugs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in a similar role, providing technical support for web services and troubleshooting website issues.
• Be a champion of universal access and inclusive design
• Developed, documented and maintained detailed test cases
• Worked and delivered multiple simultaneous projects on-time
• Experience in analyzing the device logs and usage of debugging tools
• Proactive, positive and self-driven mentality that thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with developers and designers to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• WordPress experience is preferred.
