Title: Social Media Coordinator

Description: Beasley Media Group is looking for an experienced full-time Social Media Coordinator to join our corporate team in Charlotte, NC. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for spearheading advertiser social media campaign activation on a multitude of social media platforms, implementing tasks related to The Beasley Media Group internal social media help desk, developing/planning advertiser campaigns, measuring/tracking social media objectives, and strategizing customizable sales solutions/translating anecdotal data. Proven success utilizing these tactics (including campaign ideation, devising ad copy, audience identification, etc.) is a must. In this role, you will work closely with the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Specialist, the sales staff, and the creative team. Responsibilities:
- Develop/implement advertising strategies across our vast network of social channels
- Facilitate the execution of social media help desk tasks
- Work cohesively with the local sales teams and the Social Media Specialist(s) to ensure flawless campaign set ups, resulting in advertiser campaign success
- Assist with conducting research/analyzing social media trends to identify new opportunities
- Assist with the development/monetization of emerging platforms
- Champion data driven insights and deliver social media reports
- Help develop broader social media strategies to spur consumer activation
- Monitor/optimize campaign performance
- Assist with the planning/execution of social media sales pitches and other social programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field
- At least 3 years’ experience executing social media marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with the legalities surrounding client social media content
- Must have a keen understanding of existing and emerging social media platforms
- Must be well-versed in Facebook community guidelines and advertising policies
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager, TweetDeck, and Creator Studio
- Detail-oriented, with an emphasis on organization/prioritization
- Knowledgeable in social media metrics/interpretation
- Must have a clear understanding of how social media fits into a multiplatform marketing approach
