Guarantee Digital, a division of Beasley Media Group is searching for a SEM Manager who will lead, coach, and oversee a team that creates and optimizes SEM campaigns, driving outstanding results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google and Bing as well as a deep understanding of marketing analytics, business and media metrics. The ideal candidate will also have a results-driven mindset with experience in a leadership capacity. This role will report to the VP of Search.


  • Develop and implement strategic paid search campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads & Bing Ads) that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of paid search Managers/Specialists to execute on paid search strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct regular analysis of Channel/Campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly to improve KPIs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay up to date with industry trends and changes to algorithms.
  • Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
  • Monitoring industry trends and recommending new strategies and tactics to improve our clients’ search and social performance.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and strategic guidance.
  • Collaborating with other teams within the agency, including creative, content, and account management, to ensure seamless integration of search and social strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging search and social trends and technologies, and leading the agency in exploring new opportunities.


  • 3+ years of experience in media/social agency, advertising agency, or similar media environment.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate these skills in the analysis and interpretation of raw data and information.
  • Highly articulate and have excellent written skills as well.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
