Beasley Media Group Philadelphia is seeking a Sales Assistant with impeccable organizational skills, and a critical eye for detail. Join a stellar team and work with all departments of the organization in the Philadelphia office. As you dive into the media space, the ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking and balancing the needs of a very robust office.
Major Responsibilities
· Support account managers and sales managers with reporting, invoicing, spot times, and proposals
· Coordinate Video Projects for client campaigns
· Organize special projects/initiatives
· Assist with weekly deals program
· Create sales support materials and keep internal documents up-to-date and organized
· Reconcile invoices
Qualifications
· Minimum 1-2 years of full time work experience (digital advertising experience preferred)
· Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
· Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager preferred
· Google Analytics/Google Certification preferred
· Immaculate grammar and mathematic skills
· Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and professional demeanor
· Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Skills: organizing resources, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
