Florida’s Largest Home Show Sales Manager is responsible for managing booth sales for our three (3) annual home shows that take place in Tampa at the Florida State Fair Grounds. This position requires a person that is very organized, enjoys working phone sales and communicates well via email. They will be responsible for managing all house account renewals for booth sales and will work with our Beasley sales team on local direct sales for new booths sales and annual opportunities.

The Sales Manager will assist in all aspects of selling booth space for every show…from the creation of the contract, assigning the location, collecting the revenue, keeping track of the revenue, and overseeing the floorplan for move in. It is the responsibility of the Home Show Sales Manager to hit/exceed booth sales budgets, provide monthly reports to management and stay on a timeline leading up to the shows.


· Radio sales & event sales a must

· Sales Driven, task oriented, and proficiency working a lot of clients at a time

· Must be organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and complete specifics tasks on time.

· An understanding of social media and marketing is a plus

· Strong phone skills, with a solid understanding of sales disciplines, and budget goals.

· Extensive knowledge of trade shows a plus

· Sales Management a plus
