Beasley Media Group, LLC, a subsidiary of Beasley Broadcast Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBGI) announces Charlie Maxx has been named as the new nighttime personality from 7p.m.-12midnight on WXTU-FM in Philadelphia. She will begin her new position immediately.
Maxx most recently served on the prep+ affiliate relations team at ReelWorld and worked weekends on the air at WXTU. In addition, Charlie spent many years on the Philly airwaves at Mix 95.7, 96.5 The Point, Alice 104.5 and B101.
She began her career at the Jersey shore working at WAYV-FM and WJRZ-FM. In addition, Maxx served as the Adult Contemporary Editor at Friday Morning Quarterback (FMQB). Her career has also included stops in Philadelphia, PA Washington, DC, Baltimore and Beasley’ Media Group’s WJBR-FM in Wilmington, DE.
