• Ability to operate a mixing console, digital recorder, and audio-processing equipment (digital or analog).

Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience

• Minimum 10-years digital media or marketing experience, including at least three in a senior digital leadership role.
• Prior responsibility for managing a P&L of $5MM+.
• Proven experience defining, launching, scaling and monetizing profitable digital content and advertising products.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement consistent processes, procedures, standards and best practices.
• Track record of managing cross-functional digital teams.
• Experience working closely with sales professionals to achieve shared revenue and profitability targets. Some prior experience working in a sales organization desired but not required, as long as candidate possesses a solid understanding of sales and how to best enable a sales team to deliver strong digital results.
• Experience outside or in addition to radio – in other sectors of the media industry, in agencies, or in other digital businesses – preferred.

Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of digital media/marketing strategies, channels and approaches including web, social, mobile, and emerging channels; along with current developments in key areas such as content marketing, native advertising, programmatic media buying, e-commerce, social media, and mobile marketing.
• Strong business strategy and analysis skills required.
• Strong communications skills are a must, including the ability to translate digital concepts to constituents of various backgrounds and levels of familiarity with digital media/marketing, and the ability to motivate others to embrace digital as a key part of their toolkit.

Responsibilities include soliciting new business through prospecting and cold calling, managing and growing existing assigned accounts and budgets. Identifying client advertising needs, developing and presenting customized solutions to meet those needs.

Job Duties Will Include:

• Contact prospective customers to sell radio time for broadcasting station/network.
• Maintain account lists and soliciting new business.
• Develop proposals utilizing MS office products.
• Prepare promotional plans, sales literature, and advertising proposals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients by providing top quality service.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Job Description:

Beasley Media Group Tampa (Cluster) is looking for energetic Street Team members. Earn while you learn the promotions business from the inside of one of the best radio stations in Tampa.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• On-site station promotions and event marketing – execute/manage station appearances at sales and station remotes and events, engage with station listeners while promoting the station and client brands, executing contests on-site, managing/distributing station prizes, client product sampling, etc.
• Responsible for the overall look and feel of the event with the station’s brand in mind–including banner and signage placement and location set-up
• Driving station promotional vehicles and transporting equipment
• Setting up, running, breaking down sound systems, staging and audio/photography/video equipment
• Assist with administrative functions of radio station promotions, including but not limited to: returning listeners phone calls, mailing out prizes, organizing on air giveaways, writing copy for promotions, updating station websites, digital/social media platforms and assisting the Marketing Director, Promotions Manager and Coordinators.

Minimum Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Florida Driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to work up to 29 hours a week and have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Successful applicants are professional, outgoing, comfortable interacting with listeners and large groups of people, organized, dependable self-starters who are able to set up station equipment (some lifting up to 50 pounds). Radio promotions experience is a plus, but not required. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Skills Required:

Basic Computer skills enabling you to readily produce documents; use scheduling calendars, e-mail and update web sites. Photography/Video, Graphic Design/Photoshop skills are preferred, but not required.

Education or Training Required:

High-School Diploma or Equivalent.
